立式單板刨切機(jī)
本機(jī)是我公司科技人員考察吸收國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)技術(shù)，獨(dú)家開發(fā)研制的新型立式刨切機(jī)。該機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)操作方便，單板厚薄均勻速度快，是普通刨切機(jī)的二倍，具有高速、高效、省時(shí)、省力等特點(diǎn)。
This machine is a new model vertical veneer slicer developed exclusively by the engineers
of our company by the means of inspecting and absorbing the advanced technology of home and
abroad. The machine runs smoothly, operates easily and achieves high speed and even thickness
of veneer. Its capacity is twice over to the conventional veneer slicer and high speed, high
capacity, high efficiency and saving time and labor are its feature.
■ 本機(jī)采用真空吸附機(jī)構(gòu)使輸送單板平整、不卷曲。
■ 刨切單板厚度的設(shè)定、進(jìn)給是由伺服系統(tǒng)控制，進(jìn)給準(zhǔn)確。
■ 現(xiàn)有刨刀壓尺加熱裝置，提高刨切單板質(zhì)量。
■ 機(jī)床潤滑是由微電腦控制的定時(shí)潤滑。
■ 電氣系統(tǒng)操作簡捷，維修方便。
■This machine adopts the vacuum absorbing mechanism to transport the veneer to make the
veneer even and non-curl.
■Using the servo system to control the setting of the thickness of veneer and slicing
feed to make the amount of feed accurate.
■The device of heating blade and nose bar in the machine can improve the quality of
slicing veneer.
■The lubricating system of the machine is controlled by computer and it achieves real
-time lubricating.
■The electric system of the machine has the feature of both convenient operating and
maintenance.
